Job Description

Lead a team of client servicing along with managing multiple clients.

Maintain and take overall responsibility for client accounts and/or project budgets.

Review client accounts regularly and identify opportunities for innovation, efficiencies, and improvement.

Act as a company representative in case of any escalations.

Bridging the gap between Strategy Team, Designers and Copywriters.

Leading brainstorming sessions with senior members of the content team and come up with suitable campaigns for clients.

Serving as an expert to the client and enabling them to take the right calls.

Write detailed client briefs and/or define an activity s scope of work.

Develop, maintain and deliver useful reports for the clients.

Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to our customers.

Build and manage Advertising and communication strategies by playing an integral role in new business pitches and onboarding of new clients.

Work closely with all internal teams, contribute ideas and projects and ensure timely delivery.

Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/ quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.

Provide the team with direction based on the client s experience, knowledge and understanding.

At times, be willing to travel to client locations for flagship events and meetings.

Develop pitches and strategic presentations for new and existing clients.

Working on proposals and renewals of contracts as and when required.
