Job Description

Don't apply if you aren't from a creative / advertising / digital agency background. We are recruiting 2 Senior Account Managers to work closely with our Group Accounts Head.

Client focused with great communication, organization and time management skills to manage both your clients and internal departments, while always focusing on quality, process and profitability.

A Day In The Life Of An Account Manager

  • Manage execution through the full account management life cycle. Participate in kick-off meetings, client relationship management, and quarterly business planning
  • Helping strategize and improve our account management teams processes and operations.
  • Advise clients on industry trends, the competitive landscape, and how this impacts them.
  • Partner with our sales team on proposal responses, technical demos, and marketing efforts.
  • Align client's needs with our solutions to help them achieve their goals and uncover opportunities to drive long-term value
  • Ensure Timely deliveries of task calendar, reports and so on
  • Responsible of overall quality checks
  • Ensure a thorough understanding of the contractual obligations, commercial arrangements & SLAs of your account and ensure specific details are understood by the wider team where relevant
  • Conflict & Crisis management.
  • Billings & payments Ensure timely billing to clients & timely payments to partners/vendors.
  • Deck crafter - someone that can detail out ideas and insights that are clear and can sell!

What You Bring To It

  • 5-8 years of account management and client servicing experience in the creative agency & online advertising space.
