About the role

We are looking for an Associate - Account Management who shares our passion for shaping culture by combining talent, tech and data and building strong partnerships with some of the most progressive brands and platforms globally.

An Intern - Account Management will be responsible to manage and support our client relationships, drive growth, and ensure the delivery of high-quality work.

A day in the life of an Intern - Account Management

• Assist Account Leads in managing and maintaining client relationships.
• Stay updated on clients’ business and industry trends by conducting research to offer solutions.
• Contribute to the development of account management strategies.
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, and analytics teams to deliver high-quality work.
• Coordinate meetings and events with vendors and internal stakeholders, ensuring that timelines are met.
• Take and maintain minutes for meetings.
• Keep documentation updated by updating decks, formatting, storing, and banking at the right places; upload resources and briefs on Google Drive in the correct folders and update on Notion.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely.
