Roles & Responsibilities

• Introducing and maintaining the accounting systems

Maintaining internal control systems

• Handling all billing process.

Consolidating accounted books and reconciling with the bank, cash, and various wallet transactions.

• Preparing the various accounting statements and reports Over see the preparation and finalization of financial statements including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement.

To ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Accounts Payable Section through payments of liabilities as per standards.

• Ensure that transactions for the day are posted and reconciled with the general ledger on a daily basis.

Ensure that the required journal entries are prepared on a timely basis.

• Responsible for the supervision and guidance of the Accounts Payments

Vendor Account Reconciliation

• Purchase Order Creation

Check & Verify Accounts Payable invoices

• Checking details from PO or Service Agreement

Verify invoice and tax details

• Verification of item details and amounts

Verification of Tax Details

• Bank Reconciliation

Providing approval of invoices and raise queries on rejected invoices

• Follow-up and co-ordination with Centre or Vendor
