Wyzard.ai is an innovative SaaS marketplace startup helping businesses reduce SaaS licensing procurement costs, streamline SaaS management, and empower B2B clients with tailored SaaS solutions. Our marketplace enables companies to find, buy, and manage software tools in a unified dashboard, offering solutions from leading Independent Software Vendors (ISVs). We are growing rapidly and seeking an Account Executive who can drive new customer acquisition, lead outbound initiatives, and manage end-to-end sales cycles.

Position Overview

We are looking for a driven, high-energy Account Executive with a strong background in B2B SaaS sales. In this role, you will play a critical part in building and managing relationships with SMB, corporate, and enterprise clients, focusing on outbound prospecting, deal progression, and account growth. You should have expertise in outbound calling, experience in running complete sales cycles from opportunity creation to close, and an ability to effectively position our value proposition in a competitive landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Outbound Sales and Lead Generation: Proactively source, qualify, and develop new business leads through outbound cold calling, email outreach, and other channels.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Own the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities and conducting product demos to negotiating contracts and closing deals with B2B clients.
  • Account Growth: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within accounts and collaborate with the CSM team to maximize revenue per client.
  • Market Research and Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and evolving client needs in the B2B SaaS space, focusing on IT services, IT consulting, and enterprise software.
  • Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to provide customer feedback, improve lead quality, and enhance overall client satisfaction.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including lead generation, conversion rates, deal progression, and customer satisfaction, to meet and exceed individual sales targets.

Qualifications

Education: B.Tech/B.E. and MBA preferred.

Experience:

  • 4+ years in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, IT services, or IT consulting with experience handling SMB, corporate, or enterprise clients.
  • Proven track record in outbound calling and cold calling with strong success in lead generation and new business acquisition.
  • Demonstrated experience managing full sales cycles from prospecting to closing, with a strong conversion record.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., FreshSales) and sales automation platforms (Sales navigator, Lusha etc.).
  • Strong consultative selling skills with a customer-focused approach to solving client needs.
