We are looking for an experienced Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2-8 years of experience in account management, preferably in the Indian job market context. The candidate should be self-motivated, result-oriented, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
1.Machinery, spares, Service outstanding updated in ERP software Grow smart on daily basis.
2.Updating to grow smart purchase invoices.
3.Issuing cheques.
4.Cheques receipts & payment enteries.
5.Updating to ERP software bank receipts
6.Sending receipts mail to concerned department.
7.Replying received payments in group
8.Clarifying the customer ledger statements
9.Maintaining files
10.Providing accounts statement to clients
11.Providing payment receipts to clients
12.Payment entry and Authorization support
13.Preparation of Budgets
14.Updating to ERP software TDS enteries.
