Job Overview
We are hiring an experienced Account Executive to join our team at Town And City Developers. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining financial records, building and maintaining customer relationships, and supporting the finance team in various accounting and financial tasks. This is a full-time position based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
Qualifications And Skills
- 4 to 6 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong knowledge of financial data analysis and reporting
- Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of finance principles and practices
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience with ERP systems and data entry
Roles And Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain financial records, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and payment collections
- Manage and reconcile bank statements
- Prepare and process journal entries
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to improve financial performance
- Support the finance team in financial audits and month-end/year-end closing processes
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial systems and controls
- Provide support in ERP data entry and processing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
