Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Tally ERP Management: Maintain accounting records, generate financial reports, and reconcile accounts.
  • Tax Compliance: Handle TDS calculations and GST returns, ensuring timely filings.
  • Accounting Functions: Process invoices and payments, assist in month-end and year-end closings.
  • Financial Analysis: Monitor financial data and support budgeting processes.
  • Client Interaction: Address accounting inquiries and provide customer support.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP and other accounting software.
  • Strong understanding of TDS, GST, and general accounting principles.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of additional accounting software or tools.
  • Certification in accounting (e.g., CA, CMA, and CPA) is a plus.
  • Experience in a similar industry or environment.
