Join Our Dynamic Team as an Account Executive
Location: Plaza Shell, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a full set of accounts and bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, invoice preparation, payment and journal vouchers, bank reconciliations, and receipts using AutoCount accounting software.
- Initiate and manage online banking transactions efficiently.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and government agencies as needed.
- Ensure the accuracy and timely submission of accounts to meet tax and accounting deadlines, including SST.
- Prepare monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) report
- Prepare and manage supplier payments and sales reports.
- Maintain organized and accurate document filing.
- Assist in Payroll
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Required Software Proficiency:
- AutoCount
- Microsoft Excel / Word
