We conduct all fabrication and production activities for steel and related components, including testing facilities and raw material and finished goods inspections. This plant is environmentally friendly, with rainwater harvesting, solar power, and a water treatment plant.
Role Description
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities of Accounts Executive/ Accounts Officer
- Intercompany accounting Purchase/Sales Bills, debit/credit notes
- Monitor and analyze all transnational accounting.
- Highly organized and mature to tackle confidentiality among employees.
- Able to prepare M I S reports and reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable Manage daily sales accounting, accounts receivables & payables
- Interaction with internal/external clients relating to accounts/finance matters of out-standings, credit/debit notes, deductions, etc Setting Accounting and financial policy in accordance with accounting standards and business for effective and efficient processes with controls.
- Manufacturing GST filing experience and comprehensive knowledge are a must.
- Ability to operate BUSY accounting software.
- Ability to coordinate with Store manager and keep doing proper inventory management and stock counting.
- Preparation of documents related to the dispatch of material like Invoices, Packing lists, E-way bills etc.
- Preparation of Purchase Orders and GST filing on a monthly basis.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a similar field. A Master's degree in Business Administration will also be preferred.
- 2 years experience working as an Account Officer
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office.
- Working knowledge of accounting software like Busy
