Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Account Executive for our Bangalore Urban location. The ideal candidate will have a maximum of 3 years of work experience. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for various accounting tasks including GST and TDS compliance, day-to-day entries, and more.
Qualifications And Skills
- Proficiency in GST compliance (Mandatory skill)
- Mandatory Experience in Tally Prime.
- Experience with TDS calculations and filings (Mandatory skill)
- Strong ability to manage day-to-day accounting entries (Mandatory skill)
- Negotiation skills to secure favourable terms with vendors and clients
- Bank Entries, Vouchers entry, Bank reconciliation
- Experience in making purchase entries accurately and efficiently
- Stock management skills to ensure optimal inventory control
- Vendor management skills to maintain strong supplier relationships

Roles And Responsibilities
- Maintain GST compliance including preparation and filing of returns
- Handle TDS calculations, payments, and filings on time
- Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process
- Create and manage sales invoices and purchase orders
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of accounts
- Manage inventory and stock levels to ensure smooth business operations
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure high-quality supplies
- Assist in financial audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations
