Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive who will be pivotal in driving the companys growth by demonstrating and selling our software solutions to eCommerce clients across the US, UK, and Canada.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional articulation skills, a deep understanding of the conversion rate optimization and email marketing domain, and the ability to conduct compelling product demonstrations that lead to successful closures.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver product demonstrations with a deep understanding of our solutions, tailoring each demo to the clients specific needs.
- Drive the full sales cycle to attain new business from qualified leads, from initial demo to closing deals.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by securing new client accounts across designated territories.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Understand the specific challenges and opportunities within the eCommerce industry to effectively position our solutions.
- Stay abreast of product developments and industry trends to inform and educate clients confidently.
- Coordinate with Customer Success to ensure a smooth transition post-sale and to uphold customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Account Executive, or in a similar sales role, within the SaaS sector.
- Strong background in selling to eCommerce or US/UK/Canada clients, with an emphasis on SaaS solutions.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
- Adept at identifying customer needs and positioning products accordingly.
- Experience managing sales cycles and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
- Self-starter with a track record of successful, credible lead follow-up and sales development at multiple executive levels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment and utilise an iterative approach to achieving sales goals.
- Flexibility to work in a schedule that accommodates various international time zones.
