Rrayze is into multiple Business segment like Finance, HR Outsourcing, Recruitment, Start-up funding and Compliances etc.
This position is with our Finance and Accounts segment.
The Role
You Will Be Responsible For
- Following up on payment with internal and external stakeholders and ensuring correct booking of received payments.
- Preparing bank reconciliations, ageing report and Statement of Accounts.
- Proactively engaging in continuous improvement initiatives for the AR process.
- Supporting internal and external audit requirements.
- Processing invoices and expense claims.
- Resolving all payables related issues with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintaining accounting ledgers and assisting in monthly closing.
- Performing vendor and bank reconciliations.
- Working with various stakeholders to improve AP process, controls & analysis.
Ideal Profile
- You have at least 2 years experience within a Accounts Payable / AP or Accounts Receivable / AR role, ideally within the the Accounting Industry, Corporate Banking and Hospitality industry.
- You have working knowledge of Advance Excel, Tally, gst, tds, RTR and ITR
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
- You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
