Job Summary
As an Account Executive in a co-working company, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, managing key accounts, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, building strong relationships with existing clients, and promoting the company's services to meet revenue targets. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide excellent customer service and support.
- Account Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Conduct regular account reviews to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Monitor account performance and implement strategies to retain and grow existing business.

- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts to acquire new accounts.
- Coordinate with clients during the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition into the co-working environment.
- Conduct client orientations, educating them about available services, amenities, and community events.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and share insights with clients to enhance their experience.
