Job Description

CURRENT POSITION/JOB TITLE: Account Manager

WHO YOU REPORT TO: Client Servicing Director

PURPOSE OF YOU JOB OR JOB OVERVIEW:

Account Manager's responsibilities include developing good relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. Account Managers will answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Service, Studio, Quality check, procurement and Technical departments) to improve the entire customer experience. This position may require occasional travel.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY & DUTIES

To Acquire Sales To aggressively pursue enquiries and convert the same into a sales order with 95% conversion ratio

To be responsible for sales order AM will be responsible for the sales order right from execution to invoicing. All the communication and closure related to the jobs has to be completed as per SLA (ie. Simple, Medium and Complex should be reverted within 2, 4 and 24 hours respectively) and category defined (attached)

Communication ensure all action points are communicated to stake holders and internal team in writing

Customer Purchase order Ensure all the jobs are executed with valid Purchase order from customers.

Supplier Purchase order Ensure all the purchase order are released in full to vendors before start of the job

Sales Invoices - Ensure all the sales invoices are generated within 5 days of the complete delivery

Feedback Form To collect Feedback form from customers for all the sales order within 3 days of Delivery

Receivable To collect receivable on time as per the contract with customers and to ensure that the invoices have reached and processed by the concerned department/individual. In case the payment is not processed as per the due date, AM will have to communicate to the concerned department/individual and solve within 15 days from the date of due date.

Comprehensive Customer's Competitor Analysis To Ensure Customer Competitor Analysis are submitted bi monthly by 20th, AM should also review their sub ordinates analysis report before forwarding to the seniors

New Product Development At least 2 new product development to be done quarterly.

CTRLM System- To Learn and familiarise using CTRLM developed system and ensure all the relevant details are entered in the systems.
