Position Title: Accounts Executive
- Location: Gurgaon / Greater Noida
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Accounts Executive to join our finance team in the hotel industry. The Accounts Executive will assist in managing daily financial operations, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions, and supporting the preparation of financial reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent organizational skills, and experience in the hospitality sector.
Financial Transactions:- Process and record daily financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
Ensure accurate and timely invoicing, billing and payment processing.- Reconcile bank statements and financial records regularly.
Financial Reporting:- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers.- Provide support in financial analysis and budget preparation.
Accounts Payable and Receivable:- Verify and process invoices for payments, ensuring all expenditures are authorized and properly documented.
Manage customer invoicing, follow up on outstanding payments, and resolve billing issues.- Maintain vendor and customer records.
Expense Management:- Track and monitor daily expenses and petty cash transactions.
Ensure all expenses are properly recorded and categorized.- Assist in the preparation of expense reports for management review.
Compliance and Audit Support:- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and hotel policies.
* Assist in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
- Maintain organized and secure financial records for audit purposes.
