Job Title-Senior Accountant/Finance Manager
Experience- 5+ years
Location- Pune (Work from Office)
Education- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field. Master's degree preferred but not mandatory.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handled day to day accounting work in Tally ERP 9.
- Looking after accounts payable for invoicing, payments, and ledger reconciliation.
- Consultant Agreement, Vendor registration process.
- Looking after accounts receivable for prepare monthly invoices for clients, collection as per
- due dates and reconciliation
- Maintaining customers SLA, NDA.
- Handled Inward remittance transitions and Exchange difference working and it's accounting
- Handled Outward remittance transaction documentation and co-ordination with bank.
- Handled Petty cash for daily expenses vouchers and Travelling Advances for Sales Team
- Responsible for running the payroll along with Tax calculation and deductions
- Handled GST, PF, PT.
- Co- ordinates with bankers for related work and reconciliation of bank statements
- Preparing monthly MIS reports and Budget, presenting the same to Management.
- Handled the Board of Directors meetings, AGMs, EGMs under the guidance of the
- Company Secretary
- Responsible for Finalization of Accounts under the guidance of the Charted Accountant
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, Finance or relevant field.
- 4+ years of experience working as an Accountant. Understanding of accounting software like Tally ERP, etc.
- Proficient in MS Excel.
- Strong aptitude for quantitative skills and numbers.
- Strong knowledge of non-profit tax filing and tax compliance pertaining to state and federal level regulations.
