Account Executive

Qualification:

Graduate in any field, B-com preferred

Profile required:

MS office proficient (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)

Good spoken and written English communication.

Team player

Job Responsibilities:

Invoices, credit notes, supplier statement, all others document processing

Eager to learn other work and support any Ad hoc tasks

Various monthly reports preparation.

Produce relevant, accurate and timely financial information

Accidental Policy- Individual employees would also be covered under the

Personal Accident policy applicable only in case of any accidents / related

disability up to INR 5 Lakh.

Terms and conditions of the Employment:

1. After confirmation, if employee decides to leave the company, she/he must

provide a written notice of 60 days in advance. This will allow the company

enough time to hire and train replacement of the employee.

2. If employee fails to perform up to the expectation of company, the

company reserves the right to terminate his/her employment with an

immediate notice.

3. Once the appointment letter has been signed and submitted to us all the

above terms and conditions will become effective.

Additional guidelines:

- Working Hours: UK Shift

- Working Days: Monday to Friday (Two Saturdays, as per department)

- No Indian holidays

- The entire office will be under the surveillance of CCTV.

- No mobile phone on desk during work hours

- Salary account with ICICI bank
