We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance and Account Specialist to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and account vouchers.
Prepare and review journal entries, general ledgers, and reconciliations.
Process and edit invoices in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Ensure timely and accurate entry of invoices into the accounting system.
Administer payroll processing, including calculations of salaries, deductions, and benefits.
Ensure timely and accurate distribution of salaries and manage employee compensation records.
Manage and execute all payments initiated by the company, including vendor payments, utilities, and other expenses.
Verify payment requests for accuracy and adherence to company policies.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) filing and other relevant tax regulations.
