Job Description

At Gathr, we are passionate about leveraging data to drive meaningful outcomes at our customers, through our No-code, ML-powered, cloud-native platform. The Gathr platform offers a unified experience to build ML-powered data to outcome applications spanning data collection, transformation, insights, predictions, and recommendations. It also offers enterprise-grade capabilities for data integration, machine learning, analytics, DevOps, cloud cost control, process automation, and more.

Role - Accounts Executive (Enterprise Sales with Data and Artificial Intelligence)

Location - Indore, Noida, Hyderabad, Bangalore

What Are We Looking For:

The Account Executive role is responsible for navigating a primarily greenfield geographic territory, top-of-funnel activity & prospecting while effectively managing a complex sales cycle to a successful close. This role is focused on selling to enterprise accounts across industries.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 4-8+ years of direct selling experience and a minimum of 2 years experience as an Account Executive, selling complex technologies at the enterprise level

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of IT Technology; knowledge of Cloud, Big Data or BI space is a big plus
  • Experience in Enterprise focused Product companies in Product Management, Business Development, Sales or Marketing roles.
  • Strong technical depth
  • Strong organizational and time management skills are critical - must adhere to deadlines, multi-task and be able to prioritize
  • History of consistent quota achievement
  • Examples of landing new customer logos

Responsibilities:

  • Aggressively opening new customer logos, driving demand achieving $1.5 million revenue target, and creating a 3 to 4 times pipeline above revenue targets annually on the Gathr data to outcomes SaaS and VPC/on-premise platform
  • Developing powerful relationships with customers and partners
  • Helping build a new Growth market sales focus within Gathr
  • Growing new customers and managing customer relationships
  • Thoughtfully utilize team resources to efficiently and powerfully represent Gathr services in your assigned territory.
  • Lead and Support account-level campaigns with quarterly review with leadership, as needed, to meet and exceed targets in your assigned territory.
  • Support and facilitate delivery team to succeed and delight clients.
  • Support designated events, tradeshows and marketing programs in your territory and involve clients in the same.
  • Team with other Sales, Account Management, Partners & Alliances and Sales support team members as needed to maximize the results in the US
  • Consider admin follow-up on Accounts Receivable, business and account planning to be a requisite responsibility.
  • Developing powerful relationships with customers and partners (events, partners)
  • Work hours covering UK and US Eastern business hours.
