As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing client accounts, fostering strong relationships, and achieving sales targets. This is a full-time position located in Gurgaon, with a competitive salary range.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Generate new business leads through market research, networking events, and referrals.
- Present and demonstrate our services to prospective clients, showcasing the value and benefits they will receive.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions, effectively communicating the advantages of our services.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless execution of client projects, coordinating timelines, and deliverables.
- Monitor market trends and competitors, identifying opportunities and developing strategies to stay ahead in the industry.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance and present to management.
- Stay updated with industry knowledge and trends, continuously enhancing product and market knowledge.
- Contribute to team meetings, sharing best practices, and providing insights for business growth.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role.
- Previous experience in the HR consulting industry is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence clients.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, ensuring efficient handling of multiple client accounts.

- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
