Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Administer Proper Coding & Manage Invoices, Expanse Records, Payroll Records and Other Tax-Related Document with All Processes.
- Prepare, Monitor & Update Sales Invoices, Expances Records, Account Payable, Account Receivables of the Organisation and Prepare Updates on all Accounts on a daily basis.
- Maintain Files (Soft Copy & Hard Copy) As Per Government Regulation on Daily Bases.
- Manage & Maintain Fixed Assets on Monthly Bases By Updating Entries.
- Perform Research, Reconcile all Bank Accounts, and Resolves all Issues in Processes.
- Prepare Documents for taxes Filing and Take Necessary Action for Filing As Per Recent Government Regulations and Policies.
- Ensure Efficient Client Services and Provide Administration Support to Other Team Members / Staff.
- Prepare All Accounting and Tax-Related Document for Annual Return Filing and External Audit.
- Organize Customer Contracts and Evaluate all Agreements, Invoices, Sales Orders, Purchase Order for Accounting Purposes.
- Monitoring of Cash Flow Statment, Identify Issue & Suggest Corrective Action for Growth and Improvement.
- Coordinate with Management and Recommend Improvement in Quality of Accounting and Provide Operational Support.
- Provide Support for Travel, Boarding and Lodging Arrangement for Employees.
- Administration Support to Schedule Different Internal and External Events.
Requirements
- Ability Operate Various Accounting Software (Zoho Book)
- Ability to Work Independently Using Good Judgement And Act as Leader.
- Must-Have Detailed Knowledge of Accounting Process, Income Tax Regulation / Policy, GST Regulation / Policy.
- Must-Have Basic Knowledge of Professional Tax, Provident Funds & ESI.
- Excellent Communication Skills Including Written, Verbal, Listening for Customer Service & Engineering Team Support.
- Must-Have Excellent Analytical Abilities with Exude professionalism.
