Position Overview:
As the Account Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing a wide range of operational functions within the company. This multifaceted role involves project management, accounts receivable management, employee bonus calculations, revenue projection, and various other operational tasks crucial for the efficient functioning of the organization. You will play a key role in driving operational excellence, ensuring financial health, and supporting the company's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget constraints.
Coordinate project teams, allocate resources, and establish project timelines and milestones.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to mitigate issues and ensure project success.
Accounts Receivable Management:
Oversee accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, payment tracking, and collections.
Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
Implement strategies to optimize cash flow and minimize outstanding receivables.
Employee Bonus Calculations:
Develop and manage bonus calculation processes for employees based on performance metrics and company objectives.
Ensure accuracy and fairness in bonus calculations, adhering to established policies and guidelines.
Communicate bonus structures and outcomes effectively to employees and relevant stakeholders.
Revenue Projection:
Analyze historical data and market trends to forecast future revenue streams and financial performance.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to develop revenue projection models and strategies.
Monitor actual revenue against projections, identify variances, and recommend adjustments as needed to meet targets.
Operational Efficiency:
Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains across operational functions.
Implement best practices, standard operating procedures, and automation tools to streamline workflows and optimize resource utilization.
Continuously monitor operational performance metrics and KPIs, proactively addressing areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in project management, preferably in the IT industry.
Strong financial acumen and experience in accounts receivable management and revenue forecasting.
Familiarity with employee bonus calculation methodologies and performance evaluation frameworks.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in project management tools, accounting software, and Microsoft Office suite.
Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or CPA (Certified Public Accountant) are a plus.
