Job Description for Account Director
Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters along with the Senior account manager where needed
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Develop trusted advisor relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of work and solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Value selling
Clearly communicate the progress of weekly, monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
Forecast and track key account metrics
Prepare reports on account status
Collaborate with all internal teams ensure smooth delivery , quality output and to identify and grow opportunities on key accounts
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Attend and co-ordinate all calls and meetings for the internal team with the clients
Coordinate invoicing with finance. This includes ensuring all Proforma Invoices and Invoices and done properly
Ensure all contracts are made for clients and checked thoroughly
Follow up on payments and ensure escalate delays in the same on time
Attending all internal review meetings and present the teams numbers and projections
Submitting regular updates
Attending all trainings organized
