About the Role:

Working closely with the South Head, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering next-level campaigns, guiding our team to create engaging social media content and tech-integrated experiences. Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Strategy: Act as the go-to advisor for clients, crafting strategies that integrate creative storytelling, social media, and technology to meet their brand goals and engage audiences.
  • Creative Campaign Leadership: Be in-charge of the development and execution of campaigns, blending innovative creative concepts, compelling social media strategies, and cutting-edge tech solutions to deliver standout work.
  • Social-First Approach: Be the lead, in designing campaigns that lead with social, leveraging platform-specific trends and analytics to drive engagement and reach.
  • Tech-Integrated Solutions: Collaborate with our tech team to incorporate data-driven insights, automation, and interactive elements into client campaigns, enhancing user experiences and measurable impact.
  • Collaborative Office Support: Support the South Head in managing the Bangalore office, helping build a culture where creativity and collaboration thrive.
  • Team Mentorship & Development: Inspire and develop account managers, creatives, and tech specialists to push boundaries and elevate their work.
  • New Business Development: Identify opportunities to expand our client base, actively participating in pitches that showcase our integrated approach to creativity, social media, and tech.
  • Project & Financial Management: Ensure that all campaigns are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience: 8+ years in account management or client services within an advertising, digital, or social media-focused agency, ideally with exposure to tech-driven projects.
  • Strategic Vision & Creative Insight: Strong understanding of multi-platform strategies that combine creative, social, and tech elements for impactful campaigns.
  • Client Relationship Expertise: Proven ability to build trusted client relationships and act as a strategic partner across diverse industries.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring teams, fostering a collaborative culture that embraces innovation and excellence.
  • Business Development Acumen: A track record of growing client portfolios and identifying new business opportunities.Digital Curiosity: A passion for staying updated on social media trends, tech innovations, and creative industry shifts.
