Experience:Minimum of 7-10 years of account management experience in an advertising agency, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role. Experience in the automotive sector is highly preferred.

Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities:
Account Management:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with automotive clients, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and develop strategic advertising plans to achieve these goals. Provide thought leadership and innovative solutions.
- Campaign Oversight: Lead the development and execution of automotive advertising campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed client expectations.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide regular reports and recommendations for optimization.
Team Leadership:
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of account managers and coordinators, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with creative, media, and digital teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
- Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources, manage budgets, and oversee project timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
Business Development:
- Client Growth: Identify opportunities to expand services within existing automotive accounts. Develop proposals and presentations to pitch new ideas and services.
- New Business: Assist in new business development efforts, including identifying potential clients, developing pitches, and participating in presentations.

- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the automotive industry, including market trends, consumer behavior, and regulatory considerations.
