Job Summary

We're looking for a skilled Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Specialist with a strong technical background, HubSpot automation expertise, and experience with ABM strategies. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 4 years in hands-on ABM roles, along with experience in using platforms such as Google, Bing, Reddit, Taboola, Outbrain and ABM tools like 6sense, Demandbase, and RollWorks to drive targeted campaigns. This role is central to our marketing efforts, ensuring successful execution of high-value, personalized ABM campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Account-Based Marketing (ABM)

  • Develop and execute ABM strategies targeting high-value accounts, using a mix of Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, Taboola, and Outbrain to extend our reach and impact.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align on account targeting and personalized content development.
  • Create, manage, and optimize account-based marketing campaigns tailored to specific accounts using ABM platforms such as 6sense, Demandbase, and RollWorks.
  • Measure and report on ABM campaign effectiveness, making data-driven adjustments to enhance outcomes.

HubSpot & Marketing Automation

  • Design, implement, and optimize workflows using HubSpot to drive efficient marketing automation.
  • Manage email campaigns, lead nurturing workflows, and email sequence automation to maintain engagement with prospects.
  • Develop lead and account scoring models to prioritize and qualify leads effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze automation performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

Multi-Platform Campaign Management

  • Utilize multi-platform mix to support ABM strategies with multi-platform campaigns, maximizing visibility and engagement with target accounts.
  • Coordinate with platform representatives and keep up-to-date on best practices to leverage new tools and strategies for ABM initiatives.
  • Technical Expertise & Workflow Optimization
  • Leverage HubSpot's suite of tools (CRM, CMS, and marketing automation) along with ABM tools to streamline marketing initiatives and maintain data integrity.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to HubSpot and ABM tools, providing optimizations where needed.
  • Continuously improve workflows based on performance metrics and stakeholder feedback.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Create and maintain dashboards tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign metrics across all channels and platforms.
  • Provide in-depth analysis on campaign performance, lead scoring, and overall impact, sharing insights with stakeholders via regular reports and presentations.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing automation and ABM strategies seamlessly across platforms.
  • Train and support team members on HubSpot and ABM best practices, including campaign optimization for platforms like LinkedIn, Google, Bing, Reddit, Taboola, and Outbrain.
  • Communicate performance metrics, insights, and ABM strategies to stakeholders through regular presentations and updates.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with ABM strategies, HubSpot automation, lead and account scoring, and multi-platform campaign management.
  • Strong technical skills, particularly with HubSpot CRM, CMS, and marketing automation tools.
  • Proven track record designing and implementing ABM campaigns, including experience with top ABM platforms like 6sense, Demandbase, RollWorks, and digital advertising platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset for continuous campaign optimization.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in team settings.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • HubSpot certifications in Inbound Marketing, Marketing Automation, or ABM.
  • Ad Platform Certifications
  • Experience working in a B2B marketing environment.
  • Familiarity with additional CRM or marketing automation platforms.
