Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Associate located in Chennai. The Account Associate will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks related to managing customer accounts, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. They will also be involved in account management activities and will need to utilize their interpersonal and analytical skills to handle client requests and resolve any issues that may arise.
