Job Title: Accounts Assistant

Job Summary: The Accounts Assistant will support the accounting department by managing various accounting tasks related to U.S. accounts systems. This role involves maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management of accounts payable and receivable.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate financial records.
- Prepare and assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management.
- Enter and verify financial transactions in the U.S. accounts system.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal departments to resolve any accounting discrepancies.
- Support the accounting team in day-to-day operations and special projects.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. accounting regulations and standards.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation and records.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A bachelor's degree is a plus.
Experience:
- Previous experience in an accounting or finance role is preferred.
- Familiarity with U.S. accounting systems and financial regulations.
Skills:
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
