- Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2.Experience 1-2 Years (Note :-We are looking for entry Level)
- Proficiency in utilizing Accounting Software for payroll processing
- Thorough understanding of Payroll Taxes and related regulations
- Attention to detail and accuracy in payroll calculations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Role Description
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees, including salary calculations, deductions, reimbursements, and bonuses.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of payroll disbursement.
- Stay updated with labor laws, tax regulations, and other statutory requirements related to payroll and employee benefits.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, such as Provident Fund (PF), Employees State Insurance (ESI), Tax Deduction at Source (TDS), Professional Tax (PT), and Gratuity.
- Prepare and file statutory reports and returns within the specified deadlines.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Assist in external audits related to payroll and statutory compliance. Employee Benefits Administration
- Managing day to day accounting, Accounts finalization, Bank reconciliation.
- Responsible for Ledger and Finalization of Accounts.
