Maintaining the general ledger and balance sheet across accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash accounts, and fixed assets
Preparing financial statements and reports of company expenditures
Creating monthly reports for the accounting department
Processing Invoices, Quotations and Purchase Orders in a timely manner
Performing Billing, E Invoicing, E Way Generation, Bank reconciliations
Prepare and review revenue, expenses, payroll entries, Invoice other accounting documents
Prepares asset, liability, capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information
Direct responsible for all accounting and bookkeeping function on a daily basis
Handle and file the accountancy related documents, forms and vouchers
Resolve accounting discrepancies
General Administration responsibilities: Assist in Office administration, Daily attendance monitoring, Security, Housekeeping, Maintenance and Vendor management
Desired Candidate ProfileAn accounts candidate with an experience of at least 3 to 5 years in Book keeping ,Account maintenance in the manufacturing or retail sector, with good communication skills and analytical skills is preferred
Should have complete Subject knowledge, well organized, good communication skills, ability to take up responsibilities, efficient time and work management, reporting, and analysis are the key skills required
