Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute Accessibility Testing for web and mobile applications to ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA, Section 508, etc.).
• Develop and implement accessibility testing strategies, test plans, and frameworks.
• Collaborate with development and design teams to advocate for accessibility best practices early in the development cycle.
• Identify accessibility issues and provide clear, actionable feedback and recommendations.
• Perform manual and automated testing to identify barriers that hinder user accessibility.
• Stay current with accessibility standards, tools, and technologies, and provide training to the team as needed.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong experience in Accessibility Testing for web and mobile applications.
• Familiarity with accessibility tools such as Axe, WAVE, and JAWs.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards such as WCAG, ADA, and Section 508.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and test scripts.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
