Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Academy Manager at HotFut Sports in Pune. As an Academy Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and operations of our sports academy. This includes overseeing training programs, coordinating events and tournaments, managing the academy's budget, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality coaching and training.

- Experience in the sports industry or managing sports programs
- Knowledge of sports development and grassroots programs
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Relevant certifications in sports coaching or management
