Job Description

  • Student Engagement : Act as the first point of contact for prospective students interested in our courses. Respond to inquiries promptly and effectively, providing information and guidance to help them make informed decisions.
  • Sales : Develop and implement a sales strategy to meet enrollment targets. Communicate the value and benefits of our courses to prospective students.
  • Relationship Building : Establish and maintain strong relationships with students throughout their academic journey. Provide constant assistance and direction to ensure their success and satisfaction.
  • Enrollment Management : Manage the enrollment process, which includes document collection, fee payment, and other administrative activities.
  • Market Research : Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to provide insights for course improvement and effective sales strategies.
  • Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records of student interactions, inquiries, and enrollment data. Create regular reports to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Strong Communication Skills.
  • Min 2-3 years experience in a relevant field.
  • Should have a Bachelor s Degree.
  • Proven experience in sales, counseling, or related roles in academic roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
