Role duties
- Day to day responsibilities & scope of the job
- Call students from database generated.
- Generate walk ins as per target assigned.
- Convert candidates into students with closing of payments.
- Group counseling, Parents counseling
- Follow the sales process and complete the admission.
- Self-initiative to improve efficiency.
Skills & Competencies Requirement
- Comfortable to work under sales target collectively with team member
- Excellent communication skills (Hindi, English, Marathi)
- Guiding the candidate for right course, negotiation, objection handling skills
- Organising and planning competencies
- Time management skills, Self-Driven, Computer Savvy & Digital Technical skills
