Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Academic Mentor at HireBloc Ventures Pvt Ltd located in Bengaluru. The Academic Mentor will be responsible for providing academic counseling, guidance, and support to students. This on-site role involves assisting students in setting academic goals, creating study plans, and monitoring their progress. The Academic Mentor will also collaborate with educators and parents to ensure student success.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Education skills
• Training and Mathematics skills
• Strong ability to build relationships and communicate effectively
• Experience in academic counseling or teaching is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related field
• Certifications in counseling or education-related fields are a plus
