Academic Instructor at Talrop will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to students, fostering an engaging and productive learning environment and contributing to the development of the academic program.
Responsibilities :
Deliver dynamic and interactive lectures, laboratory sessions and workshops in electronics-related subjects, such as circuit analysis, digital electronics andmicrocontrollers.
Develop hands-on activities and projects to reinforce theoretical concepts and enhance students practical skills in electronic circuit design, troubleshootingand instrumentation.
Design, update, and modify course syllabi, instructional materials and laboratory experiments to align with industry standards and emergingtechnologies in electronics.
Create and administer assessments, including quizzes, exams and practical demonstrations, to evaluate students comprehension of electronic theory andtheir ability to apply concepts to solve problems.
Provide constructive feedback on student work and performance to support their academic growth and encourage continuous improvement.
Engage in scholarly research and innovation in electronics, focusing on areas such as analog and digital circuit design, embedded systems, signal processing or emerging technologies like Internet of Things (IoT) and robotics.
Stay current with advancements in electronics technology, pedagogy andindustry trends through professional development activities, conferences,workshops and participation in professional organizations.
Skills required :
Strong technical knowledge and expertise in electronics principles, circuit analysis, semiconductor devices, and related software tools (e.g., MATLAB, SPICE, CAD).
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.

Qualifications :
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or arelated field with a specialisation in electronics.
Prior teaching experience at the post-secondary level, preferably in electronics or related subjects.
