Position Title: Academic Head : Management Exams

Job Overview

The Academic Head will be responsible for overseeing the academic operations and curriculum development for management exam preparation within the company. This role involves ensuring the highest quality of educational content, and continuously improving the learning experience for students preparing for management entrance exams for the specific position-Academic Head Management ( CAT, GMAT, etc.)

Key Responsibilities:

Academic Strategy & Leadership:

Responsible for overseeing functional R&D activities and ensuring alignment with organizational goals within the new business department

• Lead the academic team in designing, developing, and updating curriculum content for management entrance exams
• Develop and execute the academic strategy for management exam preparation

Curriculum Development & Content Management

• Oversee the creation and continuous improvement of study materials, including video lectures, mock tests, and other resources
• Ensure that the curriculum aligns with the exam patterns, latest syllabi, and student needs

Team Management & Development

• Lead cross-functional teams
• Organize training and development programs for the academic team to ensure high standards of content creation
• Budget adherence

Quality Assurance:

Regularly review and revise the content based on feedback from students, instructors, and industry trends.

Experience

• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in academic leadership, curriculum development, or teaching in the management education sector
• Proven experience in an EdTech environment is highly desirable.
