Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Academic Counselor located in Bengaluru. As an Academic Counselor, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students, helping them make informed decisions about their educational choices. You will assess student needs, provide information about available programs, and assist in course selection and career planning. Additionally, you will help students navigate the admissions process, coordinate with faculty and staff, and participate in recruitment events to promote educational opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in academic advising, counseling, or related field
• Knowledge of educational programs and requirements
• Familiarity with career counseling and aptitude assessment
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with students, faculty, and staff
• Bachelor's degree in counseling, education, or related field
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Proficient in computer applications and student information systems

Compensation

• 15k to 18k (Incentive upto 10 k )
• Post probation period 6lpa
