Role Description: Skills 2 Achieve ONLINE is looking for a full-time Academic Counselor / Inside Sales Manager to join our team in Bengaluru. Our ideal candidate has a passion for education, extensive experience in sales, and excellent communication skills. As an Academic Counselor / Inside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for communicating with potential students to advise them on our programs, as well as closing sales and ensuring high retention rates. Qualifications Any Degree with a minimum 1 year of Edtech/E-learning Inside Sales Experience Excellent sales skills to close the given leads Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to Generate leads, and referrals through personal and Social connections. Target achiever with a good sales record of closing deals to build exceptional business revenue. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Knowledge of Promoting Online Degree Programs from Top Universities for Students & Professionals Knowledge of full stack training, data science with machine learning, data analytics, digital marketing, DevOps, Azure, cloud computing, and web development is a plus.
