Job Description : Require Male Academic Counselor with one years of sales experience

Position : Academic Counselor

Location : 35A, North Avenue Road, Punjabi Bagh New Delhi- 110026 (Mon-Sat)

Inside Sales (NO COLD CALLING)

Responsibilities:

*Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students to assess their academic strengths, weaknesses, interests, and goals.

*Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to address student academic concerns and provide appropriate interventions.

* Providing in-depth information to prospective learners, including counselling through phone, email & chat.

*.Stay updated with educational programs, curriculum changes, and university admissions requirements to provide accurate information to students.

*Organize and conduct workshops, seminars, and presentations on study skills, time management, and other relevant topics.

*Maintain accurate and confidential records of student interactions, counseling sessions, and academic progress.

* Maintain effective communication till the time learner is on-boarded.

*Monitor and track student academic performance, attendance, and behavior, providing timely interventions as needed

*Collaborate with the career counseling team to guide students in exploring potential career paths and higher education options.

Qualifications:

• An Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in any related field may be preferred
• 0-1 years of experience for entry-level positions
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills (English proficiency).
• Ability to approach any situation with patience and very strong empathy
• Ability work long hours during peak recruiting seasons
• Passion for education and a deep understanding of the admissions process
• Enthusiastic and willing to work relentlessly for achieving and exceeding business targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 15,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month
