As an Academic Counselor specializing in student counseling and selling Ed-Tech products, you will be responsible for guiding students towards the best educational solutions to meet their needs. You will play a key role in promoting and selling our range of E-Tech products and services. This position is a unique blend of educational counseling and sales, requiring excellent interpersonal skills, product knowledge, and a passion for helping students succeed.
- Student Counseling: Provide personalized guidance and counseling to students, understanding their educational goals, and recommending suitable Ed-Tech products and services.
- Sales: Conduct sales presentations, demonstrations, and follow-ups to convert leads into customers. Achieve and exceed sales targets
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our Ed-Tech products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to potential customers.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with students and educational institutions to foster trust and loyalty.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and student needs to tailor recommendations effectively.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of student interactions, sales, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Sales, Marketing, etc.). Preference given to Female candidates.
- Previous experience in Academic counseling is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
