Role Description
This is a full-time role as an Academic Counselor at Dream Desk Edu Solutions Pvt. Ltd. located in Siliguri. As an Academic Counselor, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students in their academic journey. Your day-to-day tasks will include assisting students in course selection, creating academic plans, monitoring their progress, and offering advice on study skills and time management. You will also collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure students academic success and provide guidance on career planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to provide guidance and support to students of diverse backgrounds and abilities
- Knowledge of educational systems, curriculum, and requirements
- Experience in academic counseling or a related field is a plus
- Passion for education and helping students achieve their goals
