Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Education, Psychology, or related field.
- Previous experience in academic advising, counseling, or student support services.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with students and colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining student records and documentation.
- Knowledge of educational and career pathways, academic requirements, and resources available to students.
- Ability to assess student needs and provide appropriate support and referrals.
