Job Description

Make outbound calls to prospective students to offer assistance and guidance regarding academic programs and admission criteria
Provide information on courses, fees, and scholarships available to interested individuals
Assess the needs and requirements of prospective students to offer personalized guidance and support
Keep accurate records of all telephonic interactions and document relevant details
Assist in scheduling appointments for interested individuals to visit the campus for further information
Follow up with potential students to provide additional information and address any queries they may have
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient communication process
Conduct market research to identify potential target groups and areas for recruitment
Stay updated with the latest information on academic programs, admission requirements, and institutional policies
Meet individual and team targets for student enrolment and conversion

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Education, Counseling, or Communication
Prior experience in tele-counselling, telemarketing, or customer service roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively communicate information and connect with individuals over the phone
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Familiarity with CRM software or Tele-calling systems
Proven track record of meeting targets and deadlines
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Good organizational and time management skills
Understanding of educational programs and admission processes
