We are looking for Academic Counsellor for Edtech Indutry for Mumbai location.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Minimum 1 year of Experience is required in Edtech industry
2. Must be aware of distance learning programs, such as undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) programs.
3. Candidate with DLP experience or candidate who catered MBA Programs are preferable
4. Daily KRA is 150 Dial in which 85 connected call with 2 hours 30 minutes talktime.
5. Build and manage the lead pipeline of multi-discipline education programs from MBA senior and top management executives
6. Providing in-depth and customised information to interested executives who enquire about comprehensive leadership development programs through phone and email
7. Ensuring that details pertaining to lead discussions are updated in real-time on CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software
8. Responsible for adherence to the inside sales process, tools and data management
9. Demonstrates ability to leverage internal relationships with other departments to move the lead through pipeline stage
