Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Counsellor at askIITians in Saudi Arabia / Oman. The Academic Counsellor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students, conducting career counseling sessions, and offering academic advice. They will also collaborate with other teams to develop educational programs and resources.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in student counseling, communication, and K12, JEE and NEET counseling
• Experience in academic advising and education
• Knowledge of educational systems and curriculum
• Ability to analyze student needs and provide appropriate guidance
• Excellent interpersonal skills and empathy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience working with diverse student populations
• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
