Key Responsibilities
- Counseling and Guidance:
- Engage with prospective medical professionals to understand their educational and career goals.
- Provide information on available courses, certifications, and program benefits tailored for healthcare careers.
- Assist in selecting programs that align with their professional development and specialization needs.
- Lead Management:
- Manage incoming inquiries and proactively follow up with potential leads through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and counseling sessions in the CRM system.
- Sales and Enrollment:
- Guide medical professionals through the enrollment process, including registration, fee payment, and onboarding.
- Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure high conversion rates and meet enrollment goals.
- Support and Follow-up:
- Address concerns or challenges that arise during the initial course phase.
- Regularly communicate with enrolled professionals to ensure a positive learning experience and continued engagement.
- Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with medical professionals and industry partners.
- Organize webinars, seminars, or workshops that provide additional insights into course offerings and career pathways.
- Market Research and Feedback:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new developments in medical education.
- Collect feedback from professionals to improve counseling practices and program offerings.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any field (a background in healthcare, education, or psychology is a plus).
- Experience: 1-3 years in counseling, sales, or education-related roles, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy, patience, and an understanding of medical professionals needs.
