Job Description

Conduct outbound calls to prospective students & their parents by following provided guidelines. Introduce and promote the company's products/services to potential customers. Qualify leads by gathering relevant information and assessing their interest. Handle objections and provide accurate information to address customer inquiries. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits. Keep accurate records of interactions, customer details, and call outcomes in the CRM system. Follow up on leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel. Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets. Collaborate with the sales team to share feedback and insights for process improvement. Ensure compliance at all steps. Participate in ongoing training and skill development programs.
