- Provide academic and career counseling services to students
- Assist students in setting academic and career goals and creating plans to achieve them
- Provide guidance to students in course selection and academic planning
- Help students navigate academic policies and procedures
- Monitor and track student progress towards academic and career goals
- Collaborate with faculty and support staff to ensure that students are receiving the necessary support
- Develop and maintain counseling resources and materials for students
- Strong understanding of academic policies and procedures
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
